INFRARED
2023, Ongoing Beyond I work with a medium called false colour infrared. It sees light just outside of our visual range than many other animals can perceive. The artificial pinks and chemical blues of Infrared make unsteady the landscape and objects within it as places of reality collapse. Infrared also is seen most intensly on vegitation and plants making it an important tool to communicate habitat loss or the effect of invasive species. I use it to talk about the climate and biodiversity crisis.
